Understand
Find the real problem.
Start with the people, constraints and existing workflow. Define what a useful outcome would look like before choosing the technology.
The way I think about architecture, AI, design and development: understand the problem, make the important decisions clear, then build something useful enough to learn from.

Connect the system architecture and user experience. Map the important states, decisions and handoffs.
Work in coherent increments, connect the pieces and test the complete path through the product.
Look at usability, reliability and operational friction. Improve the details that make the product easier to live with.
What interests me about AI is the space it opens up for trying ideas, connecting tools and removing repetitive work. I want the technology to serve a clear purpose inside the product.
Use AI to widen the set of possible approaches and question the first idea.
Shorten the distance between a concept and something tangible enough to evaluate.
Check the output against the actual problem, the context and the people who will use it.
